Making Connections

Connecting our Campus and Community

We work with partners across the River Region to make our communities stronger, help our neighbors stay healthier, and better prepare our workforce for the future. How? By making the right connections between community organizations and Augusta University colleges, schools, departments, faculty, and students.

Build and Grow Through Community

We believe both AU and our local communities benefit when we work together. We continue to nurture what we already have.

Learning by Integration

Community-engaged experiential learning works when we work together. Let’s move your service project from the idea phase to reality.

Connect Students with our Community

We pride ourselves on providing a multitude of opportunities for students and employees to get involved and make a difference.

Community-Engaged Research

Working with researchers and scholars across the state of Georgia is essential to our mission. We're proud of the work we've done together.

Educational and Healthcare Resources

In order for our community to thrive, we believe that it is important to serve as a resource, offering access to a wide range of health and education.

Bsides Augusta

Each Bsides is a community-driven framework for building events for information security community members. The goal is to expand the spectrum of conversation beyond the traditional confines of space and time. It relates opportunities for individuals to both present and participate in an intimate atmosphere that encourages collaboration. It is an intense event with discussions, demos and interaction from participants. It is where conversations for the next big things are happening.
